Role/Primary Objectives:
  • You are responsible to lead and to develop the sales team to achieve sales targets
Strategy and Process:
  • Plan and monitor achievement of team sales targets
  • To increase the acquisition of CitiGold and CitiPriority customers with ALL Consumer Products.
  • Perform customer analysis and identify target market segment
  • Identify and implement projects to improve sales, processes and systems
  • Monitor compliance of sales strategies and team adherence to credit risk policies
  • Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements


Requirement and Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in any field
  • 8-10 years work experience in sales positions within the financial institutions industry
  • Service oriented with excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good leadership and sales management skills
  • Able to build rapport and engage customers and team members
  • Strong coaching and problem solving skills
  • Strong sales discipline
  • Positive attitude and able to motivate staff
  • Client focus and solution oriented
