Citibank Berhad KL - Mobile Banking and Web Content Lead (AVP)
Mobile Banking and Web Content Lead is an important role within the Digital Banking function, with a scope of work that includes but not limited to :
Digital Product - Mobile Banking
  • Responsible to drive/manage Citibank Mobile enhancements and innovation across the entire project life cycle, from the initiation stage through implementation
  • Lead Mobile Banking collaboration with regional business, regional tech, and business stakeholders for regional initiatives and project lead for any local initiatives
  • Assess mobile landscape competitiveness and work with region on enhancement initiatives
  • Conduct training and education program for internal support units
  • Provide advice and guidance for Mobile Banking services  as a subject matter expert
Content Management and SEO
  • Lead digital team setting up the country content process framework and establish the governance process
  • Establish SEO process and implementation
  • Review SEO dashboard report with business and implement enhancement plans
  • SME for SEO in country by collaborating with regional resource


Qualifications

Qualifications and Competencies
  • Degree/Diploma holder in relevant areas such as IT, Business, Finance,  Economics
  • Proven working experience in project management in the banking and information technology sector
  • Banking background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in digital banking projects or banking products
  • Team player, comfortable working across teams and interacting with various departments
  • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
