Description

This position is responsible for supporting digital sales campaigns in Cards & Retail Bank, as well as measuring and tracking the effectiveness of online channels holistically.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop  and execute the digital acquisition campaigns to achieve targets and optimize performance of each online channel for key campaigns within Cards and Retail Bank business
  • Ensure acquisition targets for supported digital marketing campaigns are met within the agreed budget requirements
  • Analyze the insights from regionally developed online channel insights reporting and work closely with product stakeholders from the business to ensure that our online channel content are always optimized to attract and drive traffic, subsequently leading to enhance acquisition volumes.
  • Drive test and target initiatives in order to determine which are the best and most effective marketing creative/offers/layouts that will boost the performance of the digital channel.
  • Work with various teams (internal and external) regarding the review and final approval of creative, digital media delivery, tracking and measurement ensuring compliance to program objectives
  • Management and optimization of affiliate marketing relationships/partnerships
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


Qualifications

Requirement:
  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Economics, Commerce or any related field.
  • Experience with marketing concepts and digital marketing concepts would be preferred
  • At least  4 years of experience in marketing/business development roles, preferably with  digital marketing exposure
  • Strong team player with good relationship management skills and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time and project management and the ability to juggle long and short-term deadlines in a dynamic working environment
