Description

You will be involved in the distribution of financial products to the Affluent Segment via Direct Sales. Key Products offered includes Mortgages, Insurance, Affluent Credit Cards, Personal Loans and Xsell of other products. You will be responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum Standard of Performance (SOP):
  • Achieve or exceeded individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement
  • Able to describe accurately the product features and benefits and offering suggestions or opinions with products packages
  • To serve customer with distinction, building relationships to understand and exceed their expectations and provide exceptional quality of customer service experience
  • To be competent with all relevant product knowledge, credit criteria, guidelines and processes
  • Be knowledgeable on property market changes and updates
  • Will be required to work on weekends depending on developer project launching
  • To ensure compliance and consistency with Citigroup's Compliance and Control policy and local regulatory guidelines


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in any field or Diploma holder with 2 years of relevant sales working experience. Should have a proven sales track record; advantageous if have experience in sales of banking products
  • Client focus and solution oriented
  • Service oriented with excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Articulate and strong verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, good planner and efficient in time management
  • Possess own transportation
