Chapter Lead - Data analyst (Data & Analytics Tribe)
About the Role
In line with policies/procedures and under supervision of senior management, to organise market research, collect and analyse competitive information and identify new business/market opportunities in order to make recommendations for business growth


  • Organize, define and conduct research of potential markets, competition, acquisition opportunities, product development and business opportunities.

  • Organize and lead meetings with internal/external representatives to collect market data and relevant information.

  • Analyze data gathered from internal and external sources. Conduct ad-hoc trend analysis and use the results to evaluate strategic options and to prepare SWIFT's response to opportunities.

  • Prepare reports and presentations on results of research. Present results to the commercial teams, market and product managers, board task force and Senior Management.

  • Based on market research, prepare recommendations for further investigation. Review results of related market research conducted for other markets. Translate results into proposals/recommendations for action/decision.

  • Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams. May lead teams of 2 or 3 analysts on particular research projects.

  • Propose and implement tools which enable the commercial realization of opportunities in the sales pipeline.

What will make you successful?

  • University degree.

  • Minimum 7 years experience in a marketing environment, of which 3 years in a senior market analyst role in the financial services industry
