Central Support Officer
Undertake Business-As-Usual responsibilities in handling the common functions of incoming, outgoing, scanning & indexing, as well as archival for the Operations departments:
  • Manning of service counter, inclusive of document submission and collection
  • Manning of outbound mails; dispatch, courier, printing and enveloping
  • Pre-processing functions such as Scan, Index & QC of documents for processing
  • Document Management and Archival services


Qualifications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people of various levels
  • Having a Quality & Service Excellence mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve
  • Able to be a team player as well as working independently within tight deadlines
  • Well versed in MS Excel, Words & PowerPoint
  • Tech-savvy with skillsets in Digital Design / Process and SharePoint would be an advantage
  • Detail-oriented to deliver work results
  • Willing to put in the hours, to complete the committed service levels
