Cash Sales Manager
  • Work with the team and peers to develop a focused SME sales strategy that will result in increased revenue, profit, share of wallet.

  • Revenue to be derived across all solutions / products and services offered by the Bank

  • Proactively contribute to the development of the overall Business Banking strategy

  • Identify untapped and/or nascent opportunities for new and/or additional business and develop requisite business case for consideration and approval

  • Engage with and understand customer needs such that they can be predicted and pre-empted

  • Achieve the minimum join visits with team member per day

  • Develop and engagement strategy for each portfolio and diarize activities at least 3 months

  • Use of digital workflows and processes to achieve efficient and impactful engagement and accurate delivery of service.

  • Use data, information and insights to drive decision-making.

  • Lead the process and confirm that closure of gaps/lapses as identified by audit, risk and compliance reviews. Implement corrective and preventative actions for the portfolio; assist with all investigations or other assessment mechanisms within the agreed time frame.

  • Manage the team through implementation of suitable job structures, competencies, performance standards, talent pipelines and working environment.

  • Set performance expectations and conduct performance management evaluations proactively to ensure superior levels of performance are maintained.

  • Proactively manage poor performance in strict adherence to the Bank's performance management guidelines.

  • Adhere to HR policies in the management of employees.


Qualifications
  • 2/3 years of experience in SME Banking

  • Min Education - SPM/ Bachelor Degree from a recognized accredited university

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively adhere to all policies - bank and external

  • Significant experience in business and retail sales. Experience in products, bank operations and customer experience is highly desirable.

  • In depth knowledge of the local banking industry, banking products, banking services and banking regulation.
