Business Development Manager (Klang Valley)

  • Solicit and market a range of liability products including but not limited to GIRO, EPC, Velocity, Current Account, Fixed Deposit, etc and loan products to SME companies such as sole-props, partnerships, Sdn Bhds, professional bodies, societies, clubs, etc.
  • Build networking and establish relationship with professionals and business associations to acquire new customer base
  • Proactively manage and build customer relationship and provide good after-sale service
  • Ensure at all time adherence to credit and business operational processes and compliant to regulatory and control requirements
  • Ensure that account opening and other required documentation related work are of quality and defect free
  • Provide consistent service, support and participate in all marketing activities undertaken in the Business Banking umbrella from time to time
  • Provide support to Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager in achieving team targets
  • Meet stretched individual targets (incentive based) and prepare to work hard


Qualifications
  • You should have 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, and willing to travel extensively.
  • You should be proficient in various languages and dialects, and have a strong sense and ability to understand our customer's needs.
  • Fresh graduate will be considered.
