Business Analyst (Payment Domain)
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst or Business Consultant with 5+ years working experiences and knowledge in payments domain.
The candidate is expected to have following qualities:
  • Good understanding of payments domain and able to bridge the gap, serve as liaison between business operations and technical team
  • Strong analytical skill to capture and analyse current business operation's processes and their challenges and assist in defining new target state operating/business model
  • Conduct requirement gathering and document business requirements and specifications needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementation
  • Ability to lead test planning, Identification of functional test scenarios and enable testing team with functional guidance for defects resolution
  • Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
  • Possess excellent communications skills as candidate will work in close collaboration with analysts, developers, stakeholders, and clients in support of a wide range of new and existing applications
  • Lead and manage work stream delivery on assigned projects
  • Implement corrective and timely actions when require to ensure work stream delivery stays on track
  • Create new insights and recommendation for client discussion
  • Work closely with Go To Market team to provide pre-sales support around offerings
Key Attributes
  • Work experience in payments domain is required. Candidate should have some IBG, Rentas or Swift experience
  • Able to take ownership and be proactive with respect to business and technology challenges and solutions
  • Creative and pragmatic problem solver, and self-motivated individual
  • Team player and able to work with different people from different cultures and environments
  • Driven with a passion for learning, creating things and understand technology in general
  • Comfortable with shifting priorities to meet the needs of the customer
  • Always maintain high degree of personal and professional integrity
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
