The Role Responsibilities

Purpose:
  • Lead the implementation of designing and creating standard templates along with working with delegates on the content and final formats before approvals
Group Standard Compliance Performance
  • Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of my role. Understand and comply with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, and regulations, including those governing anti-money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanctions; the Group's policies and procedures; and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters

Business Delivery and Performance

GBS Training & On Boarding Programme
  • Design comprehensive training and new joiner checklist plan and align them to the waves
  • Coordinate efforts and best practices in People and Communication work streams across markets
  • Ensure DOIs are in place
GBS Procedures & Workflows
  • Ensure appropriate linkages, handoffs and interfaces across the Compliance & OCIR & BCM
  • Escalate program issues and delays and wave execution challenges
  • Review current process and re-design the process
  • Periodically review changes to procedures required as a result of new initiatives, new products and ensure all stakeholders impacted are aware of the changes and able to implement new procedures
  • Create specifications, coordinate feedback from stakeholders and facilitate completion of User Acceptance Testing for all system changes pertaining to host and sub systems
GBS JDs, P3 Objectives & Career Mapping
  • Ensure regular (weekly) engagement and communication across stakeholders on progress and status of project, as well as any red flags that may impact the program delivery
  • Ensure the appropriate roles are being selected for the programme
  • Provide an integrated view of initiatives coming together from definition through implementation, benefits and implications.
GBS Capacity and Work Force Management models
  • Adherence to the migrations framework and methodology for seamless movement of work from sending to receiving side
  • Ensure tight governance around reporting and realization for all programs
  • Identify, escalate and address risks and issues (in collaborating with the Risk Management Lead) that may impact the programs or waves, including capacity, resourcing, pacing, stakeholder conflict etc.
  • Ensure programme implementation in accordance with the Bank's guidelines on quality and project management as well as adherence to any regulatory requirements
  • Provide a governance structure that ensures accountability and enables the predictability of the outcomes across the programmes
GBS Service Delivery Framework & pack
  • Participate in systems & technology related projects and initiatives to ensure that changes and enhancements are introduced to the service network and processing centers in a timely and effective manner with minimum disruption to customer service

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

  • Coordinate and prepare cost benefit analysis to measure advantage
  • Develop a detailed cost plan to monitor and track estimated costs versus actual
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Manage relationship with client and all stakeholders
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

  • Support effective and timely communication along with collaboration cutting through functions and business
