The Role Responsibilities


Strategy
§ Develop Saadiq product communication material (e.g. brochures, placemats and sales materials covering Deposits, Wealth, and Personal Finance. This is to ensure that staff are properly equipped to present Saadiq products.
§ Develop 'Marketing Materials for new wealth management products' comprising of brochures, bunting's, posters, eDM, sms, smart banners, website for Premier One-i offered by Saadiq and distribute it to all Branches/RMs & other campaigns.
§ To Coordinate briefings with all Distribution Channels i.e.BM 's; Distribution Business Manager; Sales; Distribution Regional Manager's; Saadiq Distribution BM's & CM's; PIB RM's; Distribution PFC_CSR; Saadiq Distribution PFC RM; Saadiq Priority RM's for rolled out campaigns.
§ Work closely with concerned stakeholders for timely completion of deliverables as agreed in Malaysia Retail Saadiq Strategy.
§ Work with Syariah team to ensure Campaigns rolled out are shariah compliant due to leverage model.
§ Visit branches (Saadiq & conventional). Co-ordinate with all branches to ensure Saadiq products are available and staff is appropriately trained and selling those products.
§ To work with Client Experience "CE " team to resolve Saadiq customer's issues.
§ IA Conversation Cases - (calculation) & responding to customer queries. (Project Manager)


Business
§ Develop MIS deck for monitoring business performance and ensure timely submission.
§ Work closely with Client Acquisition (e.g. Telemarketing team) team to ensure they are trained and selling Saadiq products.
§ Enhance deposit proposition by adding new product features (e.g. takaful, other tie-ups) to make it competitive with conventional offering and other products available in the market.

- Launching of My Dream Campaign

Processes
§ To follow processes on execution of all campaigns.
§ To work with Retail Analytics for data upload.

Risk Management
· Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the Group. Also, an awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group and the role the individual plays in managing them.
· Ability to interpret the Group's financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.

Governance
§ Ensure website is updated, as per Shariah and Product guidelines, for Saadiq page with Saadiq specific content.
§ Proactively escalate any business or governance issues and log it in Phoenix as appropriate.
§ Ensure timely completion of all open items in Phoenix.
