The opportunity

The ASEAN Assurance Business Development (BD) Leader is a market facing executive who works with the Assurance Leaders to deliver on the ASEAN Assurance growth goals. You'll be responsible to provide strategic market input and advice, developing and deploying strategic solutions and key region/market initiatives, as well as driving these solutions and initiatives in the ASEAN Assurance market.

Your key responsibilities
As a leader in our ASEAN Assurance business development practice, you will lead the most strategic pursuits in the region - through a client facing pursuit role, upholding Exceptional Client Services practices. You will collaborate with other BD team members to maximize cross Service Line opportunities. The essential functions of the job include:
• Develop, deploy and execute go-to-market and pursuit strategy to identify and win key opportunities through strategic solutions and key initiatives
• Participate in the development of strategic campaigns and tailoring them to the region/market in alignment with service line priorities
• Develop and enhance client service and relationships across the key accounts.
• Serve as the BD lead on strategic pursuits - driving pursuits, developing strong commercial messaging and lead client presentation delivery
• Leverage other specialty BD resources as appropriate on key accounts and pursuits
• Frequent travelling within the region

To qualify for the role you must have
• A bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent
• 10+ years of business development experience in the professional services and solutions arena
• A proven track record of selling complex services and solutions at the "C" level
• Expert client facing and client relationship skills

Ideally, you'll also have
• Strong external market presence underpinned by social media profile/activity, external event speaking. Strong Point of View around sector/market segment.
