The Role Responsibilities
  • To acquire new Credit Card business and to meet the sales productivity target set by the management.
  • To ensured daily productivity reports are properly submitted to the management
  • To handle customer service inquiries diligently and efficiently.
  • To ensure customer enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently to satisfaction of customers.
  • To meet all services quality standard at all times.
  • To be a team player and to contribute to team building with a common goal.
  • To ensure all rules and regulations are complied.
  • To continue up grading skills and knowledge by actively participating in all training courses.
  • Ensure Compliance with regulatory requirements pertaining to:
  • Bank's Group Policy & Standards
  • Local Laws and Regulations
  • Bank's Code of Conduct.
  • Customer Data Confidentiality
  • Money Laundering
  • Customer Due Diligence
Exercise due care and diligence on matters related to Money Laundering in the day to day operations, which include account opening and reviews, transaction monitoring, reporting suspicions, customer communication, implementing new requirements, supporting changes in the operating procedures, acquire relevant knowledge and training and providing support to superior and subordinates.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum SPM or diploma holder
  • Certification/accreditations , where applicable
  • Preferably have previous experience in service, sales and prospecting in banking/non-banking industries
  • Completion of Day 1 Readiness program as mandated for role
  • Completion of mandatory e-learning modules as mandate by Bank and specific to role
  • Good command of spoken and written language required for the role
