  • Serves as a client advocate and voice of client
  • Takes ownership and provide oversight of the service relationship
  • Requires good spoken and written English
  • Drive global electronic banking and client readiness initiatives
  • Develop and execute strategic initiative for the technical and support for electronic platforms
  • Continuously seek to identify opportunities for efficiency and control improvements in the process
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and drives for client excellence
  • Being able to collaborate and work with internal stake holders
