We're now hiring for 2021 full-time roles. We're looking for final year students who are working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent), and due to complete their studies and be available for a full time role commencing in 2021. The role
This position will be responsible for creating a range of electronic and hard-copy client deliverables to schedule. It will work very closely with the wider Global design team, taking day-to-day instruction/jobs from the Design Managers and using project management software, Wrike. The post holder will assume day-to-day responsibility for laying out content for hard copy and for online across a number of brands under the supervision and training of senior design colleagues. Work will also include image correction, infographics, and data visualization as directed.
With depth of knowledge key to providing industry leading advice, it can be advantageous to have a study background in a field relevant to your team/role. What we're looking for

For Designer applicants, we recommend the following:
- A bachelor or master degree (or equivalent) completed no later than 2021
- 0-6 months relevant work experience
- Demonstrated passion or interest in one or more of our key industries
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
- The ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting
- Be legally eligible to work for the duration of the program in the country for which you apply
Application and assessment process
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and LineArts/BitMap files
- In-depth knowledge of RGB and CMYK color spaces
- Sound knowledge of color correction using dot percentages to achieve correct CMYK/RGB color reproduction
- Have an excellent eye for detail
- Excellent English language skills for communicating with colleagues across geographies
