Regional Change Control

Description:
1. Maintain as IT Custodian for Change Management applications and tools used by OCBC Group and its Entities/Subsidiaries e.g. ALDON, Dimensions, etc.
2. Collaborate and support IT to manage requests, review hourly plans for object and source promotion and parameter maintenance
3. Independently perform deployments, maintenance and setup for OCBC Group's or its Entities/Subsidiaries' applications on AS400, TANDEM, UNIX, WINDOWS, etc.
4. Maintain Operating Service Level Agreement standards with team for IT
5. Maintain and support BCP and DR activities
6. Participate in automation or improvement projects internal to IT including security features and version upgrades
7. Perform health-checks and setup for changed or new applications and environments
8. Prepare data, information and reports e.g. Audit extractions, Management reporting
9. Provide support for deployment activities during and outside working hours including overnight and weekends on Regional basis (CN, MY and SG) and 24x7 support mode
10. Review of IDs and compliance matters in relation to Change Management and Data Patching approval matrixes
11. Review of processes and requests in accordance to OCBC Group's policies and processes and facilitate reviews on scheduled basis with Audit/IT Custodians
12. Conduct system review and training to IT users

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in IT related fields or >5 years working experience in IT domain
2. Previous working experience in Financial Institutions preferred
3. Working knowledge of programming, reporting and scripting is of additional value
