You will be assisting in the monitoring and control of Compliance risk of the cross-border branches as well as the Compliance reporting to head office and external parties.

As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will be:
* Managing and update of the Banks's compliance governance and policies
* Handling team tasks such as sanction list downloads, Embargo analysis
* Setting up and guiding monthly and quarterly compliance forums
* Participating in various tasks relating to the oversight of Compliance in branches such as organising regular meetings and off-site Compliance conference
* Participating in the implementation of head office procedures such as connected transactions, ERA, internal transactions and process relating to the management of rules and regulations
* Participating and reporting to the conducting and board of directors meeting
* Proposing and driving improvements related to changes products and services

As a Senior Compliance Officer, you should have:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent
* Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience within AML, MIFID and FATCA
* Thorough knowledge legal and regulatory framework
* Ability to critically verify aspects of wealth management and documentation
* Work independently and as a team
* Fluency in English and Chinese is a preference
