Securities Administrator - Reference Data Management 12 months FTC (f/m/d)

Field of activity

Reference Data Management (ORM) are playing a key role in the security life cycle within Clearstream mainly focusing on data accuracy and coverage to enable subsequent first class service delivery to internal data consumers and ultimately to Clearstream customers.



  • Handle operations support services activities:
  • Institution creation and maintenance in RDF
  • Securities pricing;  Issuer and Issue rating
  • Maintenance of securities data in RDF
  • Handle queries from data consumers according to the Service Level Agreement
  • Ensure effective adherence to procedures and controls
  • Execute work assignment in due time
  • Escalate and report issue to Management


Qualifications/required skills

  • Holder of a Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Finance or similar
  • Back office experience in Asset Services or Collateral Management area is considered as an asset
  • Good analytical skills, accuracy
  • Can adapt easily and willing to add value, propose improvements
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills will be an asset
