Project Management Regulatory Initiatives (M/F) Reporting to the Head of Investment Management and Change Management you will act as a business enabler for various initiatives within the organisation. You will be able to anticipate, plan, communicate any change to the company, acting as an escalation point and find solutions in case of issues.

Project Management Regulatory Initiatives (M/F)

Reporting to the Head of Investment Management and Change Management you will act as a business enabler for various initiatives within the organisation. You will be able to anticipate, plan, communicate any change to the company, acting as an escalation point and find solutions in case of issues.

The Role:

* Anticipate any Regulatory Change which may impact the company by working closely with Group Head of Regulatory Change and local compliance team but as well by being close to the market industry;
* Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders;
* Communicate any change in a timely and efficient way to key stakeholders and ensure high level of communication & coordination both internally and externally to ensure smooth project implementation;
* Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications;
* Act as escalation point in case of issues; able to react quickly to issues and find solutions with a pragmatic business approach;
* Regulatory market watch and keep up to date with regulatory developments in the industry;
* Develop expertise in all areas of fund industry, fund regulatory/legal environment related to Fund Administration, Custody and TA in order to develop and propose solutions to projects/issues.

The Candidate Profile:

* Minimum 8 year-experience in the Funds Industry, preferably within a project management, Big4 environment;
* University background: A Master degree in Law, Finance or Financial Services;
* Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg Funds Industry regulatory framework;
* Sound knowledge of the Fund Management value chain;
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management;
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
* Sense of prioritisation and business pragmatism;
* Flexible and adaptable, being able to work in ambiguous situations;
* Good judgment, enthusiasm and willingness to learn;
* Good command of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
