Process management officer (M/F)

 Context :
Following the migration to a new IT platform, there is a strong need to review/rethink our overall organization, certain end to end processes with a view to simplify them, improve fluidity between entities, upscale the client journey and reinforce change management measures.

In that context, Process Management will be a key contributor either as owner of the main initiatives or as coordinator. Process Management is also in charge of updating the "corps procedural" and ensuring afterwards its maintenance.
  Job Responsibilities :
- Contribute to the change management plan and its roll-out

- Organize and review together with the concerned entities key selected end to end processes with a view to simplify them, improve the client experience and overall efficiency (lean roll-out)

- Participate to the elaboration of Process Management global action plan for 2018-19

- Ensure that the various stakeholders are clear of their roles and responsibilities and elaborate RACI matrix when needed

- Contribute to continuous improvement and "working together" initiatives

- Contribute to the Processes and Procedures (corps procedural) updating exercise and to its maintenance

- Analyze and propose organizational adaptations (scope, controls, process, procedures)

- Organize workshops to align businesses when required and facilitate collaboration

- Contribute to the design of process measurement system

Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Finance, Economy or business law
- Good understanding of banking activities and financial instruments
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Skills :
- Strong capacity to analyze, synthesize and conceptualize business processes (lean experience is a plus)
- Relationship skills (collaborative)
- Writing skills, strong "keep it simple" mentality while being rigorous
- General knowledge of project and change management techniques
- General knowledge of the bank various activities
- Autonomy and rigor
- Leadership and influencing skills

- English and French are required
