Assigned to the Fund Services team, you will be responsible for producing, calculating and checking the NAVs of PE/RE funds administered in Luxembourg. You will also be involved in all events affecting the lifecycle of the funds. Job description:

Your team

FundPartner Solutions (Europe) S.A., a Pictet Group company set up in 2012, provides a full suite of fund administration and private-label fund services. Its global team of industry experts specializes in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.


Assigned to the Fund Services team, you will be responsible for producing, calculating and checking the NAVs of PE/RE funds administered in Luxembourg. You will also be involved in all events affecting the lifecycle of the funds. Additionally you will be in charge of collecting information and analyzing and recording the valuations of private equity and real estate funds for net asset values.

 

Your role
  • Calculating and checking the NAVs of in-house and third-party funds, especially private equity and real estate funds and funds of funds.
  • Responding to various requests from clients (inside and outside the Group) in order to guarantee a quality service that meets the requirements of a diverse client base.
  • Handling audit queries.
  • Taking a critical view of the procedures in place with a view to optimizing processes and minimizing risks.
  • Understanding the key metrics driving the valuation of PE/RE funds: reconciling transactions, remaining commitments and valuation changes.
  • Collecting and analyzing valuation reports from private equity and real estate funds.
  • Contributing to the improvement of controls and procedures.

 

Your profile
  • University degree (at least BAC +2) in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
  • At least four years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of efront accounting software an asset.
  • In-depth understanding of fund administration and the relationships with the different stakeholders.
  • Good command of French and of English.
  • Extremely rigorous in performing checks.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Keen to take initiative and desire to deliver top-quality customer service.
  • Good knowledge of PE/RE investment fund industry.
  • Ability to work in a team.
