Booking hotels and flight for travels
Taking minutes of Management and Executive meetings and action list to follow-up
Expense reports and time sheets
Help with signatures, in the absence of MT. Help Team assistants with availability of MT.
Management of invoices from events and hotels, as well as update of different lists and reports for client servicing teams
Similar relevant experience in administrative / executive assistant / personal assistant role
Excellent ability to work in autonomy and to prioritize tasks
Rigorous with an eye for details
