About the Team & Business Line:

Through our global office network we provide a full suite ofcorporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporateentities throughout their life cycle. Working with our Global SubsidiaryGovernance Services (GSGS) team, you will work with multinationals, corporatesand private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet theincreasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Assist and support to the best of your abilities legal officers in the provision of corporate secretarial services to clients based in Luxembourg and provide general support to the whole team, if need be.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, from company incorporation through to dissolution, for clients under the supervision of legal officers (including, without limitation, taking minutes of board meetings, drafting written circular board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, etc.).
- Assist and support legal officers in filing with the Luxembourg trade and companies register i.a. annual accounts, beneficial owners, revocation/appointment of board members, etc.;
- Co-ordinate with clients and colleagues worldwide in order to gather information and/or documentation required to carry out assignments.
- In charge of data input and maintenance of client databases, including ensuring exhaustiveness of client companies' books and records.
- Ad hoc assignments might be involved.
Qualifications
About You:
- You have a degree in law and some relevant experience in the legal field in Luxembourg.
- Fully privy to filing with the Luxembourg trade and companies register.
- Highly organized and yet flexible in having the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Work effectively in a team as well as individually.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
