Your role



Do you enjoy supporting financial operations and contributing to the accuracy of daily processes?

Are you organised and detail-oriented, with a focus on supporting reporting, reconciliations, and documentation activities?



We're looking for an Intern in Depositary Supervision to:



• Assist with daily cash flow monitoring for the funds

• Support the completion of subscription agreements for fund of funds structures

• Assist with ad hoc reporting and reconciliations within the depositary scope, including cash and asset reconciliations between internal records, third parties, and fund administrators

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as required



Start date: 01/01/2027 for 6 months




Your team



You will be part of the Depositary Supervision Team of UBS Europe SE, Luxembourg Branch. The team is responsible for performing all regulatory controls under UCITS V and AIFMD related to safekeeping, cash flow monitoring, and custody oversight. We are a diverse and dynamic team, fostering a strong spirit of collaboration in our day-to-day work.




Your expertise



• Bachelor or in a final stage of obtaining a Master/Bachelor degree in Law or Economics

• Strong attention to details

• Sound analytical focus

• Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

• Fluent in English, other languages are considered as assets

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• A valid internship agreement from your university covering the full internship duration, availability for six months, authorization to work in Luxembourg, and active student status.
