RiverBank is a specialized lender dedicated to financing Small and Medium Enterprises and Real Estate firms with a focus on Netherlands, Germany and France. RiverBank operates under a full European Banking License allowing us to operate in all European countries.
RiverBank’s mission is to combine the best of the fintech and banking world. As experienced bankers, we commit the bank's balance sheet to grant loans which we analyse using a fundamental credit approach. As a fintech player, we digitally source, process and monitor the loans. Riverbank is growing fast both organically and through acquisitions.
As a young company, the talent and passion of our people is critical to our success. Together, we share a common set of values rooted in integrity, excellence and strong team work. RiverBank offers an entrepreneurial environment within the regulatory banking framework - a place for people to learn, to achieve and grow. Our culture promotes diversity and individual perspectives in an international environment, represented by more than 10 nationalities.
The Engineering team works in a dynamic environment and tries to stay up to date with technology. Some of that technology includes: ASP.NET Core, Blazor, Node.js, SQL Server, Dapper, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Angular, Vue.js, Kafka and Kubernetes.
As RiverBank is expanding in multiple financial areas and across borders we see the need to automate more and more of our work. To facilitate this, we are in the process of designing or implementing several solutions: Core Banking Systems, Collections Systems, New Products requiring increased automation and enhanced loan origination channels, automated Data gathering systems, Continuous Monitoring Platforms and more.
We value individuals that take ownership of their work, maintain it and improve it to the best of their abilities. Team work is highly encouraged and work load and knowledge is distributed across the team. You will learn new technologies while operating a number of existing and future products. The team will be designing, implementing and maintaining several systems. We use TDD and CI/CD practices and we expect you to contribute to the improvement of these practices.
