Experienced Back Officer - 6 mois (M/F)

Context:
We are currently looking for candidates who have already gained experience in multiple operations / back office departments (client repository, securities transfers, operational tax, income & corporate actions, securities settlement, cash settlement, markets back office, securities & cash reconciliation,...) enabling them to give assistance in various operational areas, depending on the immediate needs.

The main mission encompasses, but is not limited to, the maintenance of client static data, operational tax follow up (tax reclaims, relief at source, tax reporting), timely and efficient processing of all client's securities and cash transactions (invoicing, matching and settlement), the follow up of income events and corporate actions, the timely reconciliation of the cash and securities proceeds, and the commitment to deliver a high quality of service to our clients.

 
Job responsibilities:
Depending on the immediate needs:

  • Client repository maintenance
  • Processing of securities and/or cash transactions (transfers, purchase and sales, mirroring...), for client & market sides
  • Operational tax follow up (tax reclaim, relief at source, reporting)
  • Corporate actions & income events follow up
  • Follow up of outstanding amounts on internal accounts
  • Follow up of cash / securities reconciliation
  • Any other operational tasks
  • Provide a high quality service to our clients
  • Work in accordance with established rules and procedures

 
Qualifications:
  • BAC +2 minimum, Economics, Finance or Business
  • Proven experience in at least 2 of the following areas:
    • Client repository
    • Operational Tax
    • Income & Corporate Actions
    • Securities or cash settlement
    • Securities or cash reconciliation
    • Markets back office
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)-
