We are looking for a SuccessFactors Business Process Lead to manage SuccessFactors implementations on a global level.

SuccessFactors Business Process Lead (M/F)

The Job:

·Accountable for Success Factors process analysis, design and simulation, with a focus on process improvement, quality improvement & re-engineering opportunities
·Keep the Managers and other relevant stakeholders informed through periodic status reports detailing progress
·Identify potential issues, which may impede delivering on business requirements, bringing those issues to the attention of the project sponsor and driving to resolution to obtain business results
·Perform configuration and develop program specifications required to meet the project objectives
·Review & consider the impact of project on existing audit controls and take appropriate measures to ensure compliance
·Ensure results obtained, satisfying client requirements, and ensure that the new business processes operate effectively and efficiently in the integrated system environment
·Provide expert advice and counsel to user management and project team for systems and processes
·Understand and follow standard project methodology
·Apply change management and project management procedures
·Be responsible for documenting business procedures related to new functionality, up-to-date configuration and end- user training materials


The Candidate Profile:

·At least 4/5 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis related to SuccessFactors implementation
·Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors and integration points to SAP and HR related solutions, possibly in FMCG
·Experience implementing SuccessFactors and HR related solutions at global level
·Strong knowledge of HR business processes to be credible and influential with management and partners (including, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Portals)
·Change management experience
·Good problem solving skills
·Communication and Negotiation skills
·Digital skills (Data analysis and presentation..)
· Strong expertise for the following Successfactors modules: Recruiting, OnBoarding, Goal&Performance, Development, Learning, JAM
·Experience with SharePoint
·Experience with data governance of HRIS systems
·Experience with data integration of HRIS systems with other HR systems, including enterprise systems, infrastructure systems
·Good knowledge of business software i.e. Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Exchange or equivalents
·Fluent English. Knowledge of other European languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish) is a strong plus
