THE ROLE

Our client is implementing a Property Management Software/Financial Reporting Software (PMS/FRS) solution in order to increase efficiency, reduce internal operational costs and enhance operational scalability. The software will combine both Property Management information and Corporate Accounting. As part of this implementation project, a large number of corporate and property management data will be migrated to the new system solution.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Work with Service Providers throughout Europe to obtain accounting and property management source data
  • Ensure that the master lease extract information is completed by the local Property Managers and is in line with the lease documentation
  • Work with data owners to understand legacy data and gather data requirements from the business and/or clients
  • Produce detailed data mapping documents
  • Perform data analysis and recommend data optimization/performance opportunities
  • Ensure that the information received is accurate and validated before data input
  • Assist with the creation of data import files
  • Assist during implementation phase of software deployment
  • Assist with improving and implementing internal processes relating to the system
  • Ensure implementation is in line with company policy
  • Assist the Service Providers with data validation once implemented on the system


THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • 5+ years of systems and/or property management experience in a property environment
  • Clear business English, spoken and written
  • Understanding of data implementation requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of lease setup and service charges
  • Have some experience in data implementation
  • System experience preferred
  • Excellent communicator and team player with very strong problem solving skills
  • Must be flexible and able to handle peaks of activities, able to organise work accordingly
  • Ability to work independently yet cooperatively and always with professionalism
  • Team player, ready to take initiatives, to think out-of-the-box
  • Driven by deliverables
  • Eager to follow a steep learning curve
