We'll be looking to you to ensure that results are delivered in line with a company's, Digital Review Team operating procedures, banking, and Compliance regulations. Ensuring transparent and continuous communication within the team, business partners and stakeholders will be a key element. You'll be responsible for team management, performance, and professional development. A desire to learn and grow while identifying and leading the process and operational improvements initiatives, the ability to collaborate and link across borders, and friendly behavior is all required for this role. The ideal candidate for this position has previous 1-2 years of experience in a people management role, is willing to work in the open-office environment and has the flexibility for a changing work environment while demonstrating a solution and people-oriented mindset.
For such managerial and analytical role, you'll have a bachelor's degree. You'll bring to the table advanced knowledge of MS Office programs, background in reporting and data analysis, strong ability to work both individually and as a team contributor, proven experience in project/ operational management and complex problems solving skills. Annual base salary gross: 19,987 - 37,033 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
