In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of operations supporting investigation and analysis of new or already existing customers in order to make sure they meet all necessary requirements, legislation and policies. In addition, you will be participating in process documentation and smooth onboarding for new hires in the department. Here you will have an opportunity to work and develop in a professional multicultural environment.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:
  • 1-2 year(s) of work experience within KYC area Effective;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent text reading analysis
  • Initiative and commitment to overcome obstacles and meet goals and objectives
  • Ability to use analytical skills in order to identify problems and provide solutions

Annual base salary gross: 15,058 - 26,588 Euro

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
