Your Team responsibilities

ContentSales is responsible for maintaining/developing Index/ESG/Analytics and other businesses in Japan. We are also responsible for promoting/marketing MSCI franchise in Japan by arranging various events such as ESG Webinar etc.

Your key responsibilities

1. Support the daily work of ContentSales Coverage

2. Handling minor client inquiries and questions

3. Inputting and maintaining client data in salesforce system

4. Supporting the administrative process to close deals

5. Co-operating with various internal stakeholders for smooth business operation (including Product, Legal, Sales Ops etc)

6. Supporting marketing events including material preparation and operational set up with our Marketing rep

7. Maintaining and monitoring existing contract renewals and helping Billing team

8. Learn about MSCI and MSCI's product to develop as future coverage person.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

1. Fluency in Japanese (both verbal skill and writing) is a must. Our clients are mostly Japanese entity including public institutions so understanding of local business culture is critical.

2. Fluency in English is a must. Internal communication will be done in English, so strong communication and writing skill in English is required.

3. We look for talent with strong communication skill as the position requires communication with various business units.

4. Team spirit is preferred as one will be part of the team of 8 individuals.

5. Interest to develop one's career as coverage sales as we are looking for talent who can become ContentSales coverage person in the future.
