Work will involve:
•Assitance for providing investor relations officers with reports analyzing ownership of client shares by institutional investors.
•Work closely with Senior SID Analysts to provide clients with insight on activities of institutional investors.
•Communicate internally with other global offices to coordinate project launch to completion.
•Conduct Analysis of public and proprietary data to create various analytical reports on market activity.
•Corporate sales support include send contract and invoice to client.
What we look for:
•University graduate preferred
•Fluency in verbal and written business Japanese
•English communication skills is big plus and opens up opportunities to work more closely with global IHS Markit colleagues
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Strong Microsoft Excel Skills a plus
•Interest in the equity market
•Experience in Investor Relations or Financial Industry is a plus but not required
•Ability to work together as a team is critical
•Self-motivated, takes initiative and enjoys new challenges
•Attention to detail
•Experience working collaboratively within a multi-national corporation
