Drive business by engaging and onboarding new advertisers on the online platform with your team of marketing executives

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Build and coach the team of onboarding marketing specialists
  • Manage onboarding of new advertisers/agencies/distributors on platform
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention after the onboarding period
  • Collaborate with various partners and manage vendors
  • Share strategic plans and outlooks with onboarding teams in US and EU and share best practices

Required skills
  • 5+ years of experience with search/performance advertising at media provider, major advertising agency or digital marketing agency
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Bilingual: native level Japanese and fluent English

Preferred skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Team management skills
  • MBA or other related Master's degree
