Starting with liaison (bridge) role connected between Clients in Japan and Internal service resources in abroad. Good communication skill in Japanese and English will be required. Small office and well WLB environment

Your Responsibilities:
- build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing (inter)national clients and intermediaries
- generate business opportunities with potential and existing as well as develop new business for various operational offices outside Japan to realize the commercial objectives of the organization and to increase market share
- assist the Managing Director in Tokyo by giving overall support
- assist with marketing events and initiatives to strengthen the brand
- attend to general enquiries for new business
- maintain and handle the communication in related to various operational issues including client onboarding processes between Japanese clients and Internal worldwide offices to enhance the good relationships with existing clients

Your Profile
- Bachelor Degree in Law, International Business Management, Economics, Marketing
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably acquired in a Trust, Corporate/Fund administration company, structured finance, or accounting/law firm
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, pro-active, assertive, practical, flexible and results-driven
- Native level of Japanese speaker and fluent in English (both in writing and speaking)
