Job description

• Reporting to Head of Acquirer BD team of the country based in Japan, you will be responsible for overall acquirer operation of Alipay+ business of Ant Group in Japan

• You will be responsible for developing and execute country acquirer strategies and plans to support business objectives and goals, including 2B and 2C metrics

• You will lead several acquirers, for day-to-day account management, plan and execute merchants expand plans to drive Alipay+ transactions as well as merchant sales growth

• You will be responsible for end-to-end marketing operations; from merchant pitching with BD, merchant onboarding project management, marketing planning to campaign launch

• You will need to work with marketing team and mid-office team in Japan to execute the growth of Alipay+ business.

主な業務内容

1. 市場分析および戦略的示唆の導出社内外のレポート、各種データ、業界動向を分析し、日本の訪日市場を深く理解する。クロスボーダーにおけるユーザーの決済習慣• 嗜好を把握し、成長機会を特定。担当地域の中長期的な事業成長につながる戦略提案を行う。

2. 商流• 加盟店環境の把握と成長施策の設計訪日客の主要目的地における加盟店環境を理解し、ニーズを的確に把握する。社内のリソースを活用し、取引拡大に向けた施策を企画• 推進する。

3. 関連部署との連携による成長推進BD(営業)およびマーケティングチームと連携し、地域ごとの成長目標および指標を策定する。取引量拡大に責任を持ち、目標達成に向けた取り組みを主導する。

4. ROI 管理と継続的な改善担当地域の ROI(投資対効果)を継続的にモニタリングし、収益性を確保しつつ安定的な成長を実現する。必要に応じて施策の見直しや改善提案を行い、健全な事業運営を支える。

Job Requirement

• University Bachelor's degree and above in relevant fields such as business administration, marketing, information systems, computer science etc.

• Have a deep understanding of local market especially on inbound tourism category

• Familiarity with similar digitalization solution product and its marketing approaches

• Relevant working experience of above 5 years, prefer to be in acquirers function for in an internet / digitalization solution field.

• Excellent business sense, strong in abstract thinking and systematic thinking and communication

• Excellent leadership skill and execution skill, a good team player who is strong in project coordination and cross-functional influence

Additional Requirements

• Proficient in English. Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage when communicating with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
