Job Description

This position provides English-language and back-office support for the Travel & Concierge Experience Division.
The role involves communicating and coordinating with hotels, restaurants, and other partners to help deliver premium travel experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities
Provide communication and coordination support with hotels and other partners based on language proficiency and requests from the Front Office team.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors and partners in Japan and overseas, including hotels and restaurants, via phone and email
- Support the Front Office team with communications and arrangements with hotels and other partners
- Share relevant information and updates with consultants
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including team members in the Japan office and global teams
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Native-level Japanese proficiency and conversational-level English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the travel or service industry
- Experience providing premium or high-end customer service
