Financial Reporting, Associate
Who we are looking for
Reporting team is responsible for multiple reports of Investment Trust Management (ITM) funds. Timeliness and accuracy are critical in this role. This position offers an opportunity for the successful candidate who has the capability to assess accounting data, market data such as major benchmark and security information properly. Basic knowledge and experience in finance are needed. The candidate must have high attention to detail and effective time management. The position is available in Fukuoka, Japan. The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS). What we value
- As Financial Reporting Associate 2, you will
- Down-loading the data from in-house accounting system and application / vendor system / application provided by client
- Process & review of Fact-sheet report
- Process of Financial report and Investment report
- Control of monthly schedule
- Communication with client / other internal departments
These skills will help you succeed in this role
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- To achieve timeliness and accuracy, strong critical thinking is needed
- Self-starter able to work as part of the team
- Good communication with other team member
About State Street
- Bachelor and above
- Technically skilled - Proficiency in Word, Excel and Access. Knowledge of Excel formulas is very helpful
- Accounting knowledge at entry level is preferably
