The successful candidate will focus on the development of wholesale distribution partners and institutional investors across Italy, promoting the firm's product range to your existing network in addition to prospecting new investors and educating the market on their investment philosophy. You will develop a comprehensive knowledge of the full product suite, allowing you to provide innovative solutions, communicate their investment strategies and explain their compelling story to potential investors and fund-buyers
This is a pure sales role and will require the creation and implementation of a pro-active sales strategy for the Italian market and to work closely with product specialists, BD & Sales Support teams and others in their European headquarters who will support you in your role. Focused on sales success you will deliver set performance targets and outperform the competition. To be successful in this role, previous exposure of real assets and alternatives is required and contacts across wholesale (banks, multi-family offices, wealth managers) is essential with some institutional contacts (Insurance Companies, Private Pension Funds, consultants) preferred.
This is an excellent opportunity to take promote a fantastic product range, of an established global ESG investment business to the Italian market. Applicants must be very entrepreneurial, passionate about this space and with a demonstrable track record in wholesale distribution and with a deep understanding of investors and their needs that are interested in Real Assets, Private Markets, or Impact Investing.
This is a home-based role and requires the successful individual to travel across Italy to visit clients on a regular basis. Excellent package with very competitive, uncapped bonus scheme.
