Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, operational and reception support to the Israel Rep Office.
~The Administrative Assistant I provides administrative, operational and reception support to the Israel Rep Office.
The Administrative Assistant I provides administrative, operational and reception support reporting to the Israel Office Manager.
Answering phones and relaying messages/information.
Preparing security badges and arranging escort for all visitors.
Providing facilities support and co-ordinating with to meet contracted service terms.
Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
Assisting with general office procurement and accounts payable, incoming and outgoing mail distribution.
Provide administrative overflow support for tasks which may include but are not limited to expenses, travel booking, event management, and database maintenance.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent typing skills.
An ability to work independently in completing assigned duties.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
