Your role

We're looking for an investment banking associate to:

• generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
• identify and meet client needs, coordinating and working alongside senior colleagues and investors
• manage our prospects pipeline
• be a meaningful partner in the deal team, focused on client needs
• develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options and recommend strategies to meet client goals

Your team

You'll be working in the Global Banking team in Herzliya, Israel. Our team is responsible for Investment Banking country coverage. You'll play an important role in advising clients on a range of market and strategic matters, including M&A, capital raising, and equity capital market opportunities.

Your expertise

• good understanding and hands-on exposure to investment banking processes, including valuation methodologies, transaction processes, relevant deliverables experience
• ideally you have three years' experience working within a technology investment banking team
• bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, business, accounting, computer science or law.
• solid financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly
• adaptable, able to seamlessly transition between multiple topic areas
• driven and creative with exemplary integrity
• fluent in English and Hebrew to support local client base
• You're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
