About Project Management Office
The Project Management Office team supports the strategic plans of the business by monitoring projects or programs against larger capital targets; provides expertise, training, and information when sought by project managers; takes an active role in developing policies, promoting best practices, documenting project performance, and analyzing outcomes.

Job Purpose
This role will provide the business leadership for strategic projects within our finance technology strategy; drive project portfolio manager tool implementation; and produce necessary management information reporting, key performance indicators, and capital budget analysis. Role will liaise with the business to improve overall efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management Office
•Champion best practice PMO initiatives
•Provides project-related services to support our business units or divisions within the organization including, but not limited to, portfolio management, coordination of governance and reporting, data management, and administrative activities to support the project or program team
•Support the execution of a PMO governance, portfolio reporting, and framework development in order to provide a holistic view of all organizational project activity
•Track interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks, and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated
•Manage the administration for project submissions and approvals through the agreed prioritization and approval process
•Collate qualitative and quantitative information on project performance for the preparation and production of project reports for internal management purposes

Financials & Benefits Realization
•Liaise closely with different business units to ensure financial transparency across portfolio and project plans and to govern capital budget monitoring processes are upheld
•Conducts preliminary analysis, and produce necessary MIS, KPI's, and financial reporting required to support project portfolios
•Ensure a robust process of notification or escalation is in place to report on both underspend and potential overspend with the appropriate approvals sought for either situation
•Track and monitor benefits realization against planned targets

Facilitate Process Improvements
•Proactively engage with PMO Manager, senior leadership, and business partners to identify process improvement opportunities
•Look at new skills and techniques that could be used within the team to improve business analysis
•Share project information knowledge and domain expertise across business partners globally
•Develop advanced reporting and collaboration solutions to foster new styles of working in a Digital work environment

•Strong MS Project skills, Also MS word, Excel, Power-point
