Our client, a Public Service organisation based in Kildare, is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator to start immediately.

Part of a large team and reporting to a team leader, the role will involve:

• Daily inputting of invoice
• Matching invoices to POs
• Following up manager's for approval
• Assisting with Creditor reconciliations
• Assisting with weekly and monthly payments
• Assisting with reports

Suitable candidates will have 6 months' plus experience within a finance function. The working week will be 35 hours.
