Leading Asset Management Company have an excellent opportunity for a Vice President, Finance to join their finance team.

As VP you will work closely with and support the CFO in the day to day management of the finance department and contribute to the development of the company.

You would be joining the company at an exciting growth stage as they are currently expanding various teams and excellent career progression is on offer.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the sustainable development of the Company with responsibility for the operations relating to financial accounting.
  • Contributing to the Annual Report and Financial Statement preparation and audit management
  • Assisting in the establishment, maintenance and operation of internal controls to ensure the efficiency of the accounting operations.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly management information reporting for senior management.
  • Providing technical accounting support in respect of complex transactions.
  • Assisting in the development and analysis of complex financial modelling
  • Supporting senior management team on a broad range of projects.
  • Carrying out due diligence analysis on various transactions.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Driving process improvements across all aspects of Finance, with a particular focus on Finance systems, to ensure they are robust, compliant and support both current and future growth ambitions
  • Assisting in oversight of transactional support provided by finance deal team members

 

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified accountant, with a minimum of five years post-qualification experience.

• Relevant University degree.

• Ambitious, with a very strong work ethic and energy.

• Takes charge and naturally promotes a culture that pushes for continual improvement.

• Proactive and results driven, ability to set priorities and meet challenges
