Our client a Global and award winning Asset Management firm with €500bln AUM, is now looking to hire a talented, dynamic and progressive Talent Manager to join its growing and ambitions team. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the worlds most renowned Investment Management firms and operate at a strategic level with the Global group.

Our client a Global and award winning Asset Management firm with €500bln AUM, is now looking to hire a talented, dynamic and progressive Talent Manager to join its growing and ambitions team. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the worlds most renowned Investment Management firms and operate at a strategic level with the Global group.

Role Objective :

Responsible for developing talent management and career development within the business.Develops and implements comprehensive systems, programs, processes and procedures in these areas which ensure that the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) can attract, develop and retain employees.

Core Responsibilities

  • Definition, implementation and maintenance of SH Talent Management Strategy covering Recruiting, Performance Management, Career development, Succession Planning and Learning & Development
  • Responsibility for the High Potentials Program: support the business with the identification process, assessment and validation of HiPos, interaction with head office and with external suppliers (development centers)
  • Responsibility for the development of a career management framework
  • Responsibility for suggesting and implementing any innovative solutions to support employees’ development (mentoring, coaching etc)
  • Responsible for identifying relevant training providers, building good relationships with them, looking at developing a training plan for employees, with the assistance of the HR assistant
  • Follow-up on development needs identified during the annual performance evaluation process to suggest appropriate trainings/initiatives
  • Support line managers with talent management initiatives for their teams
  • Responsible for international mobility in close collaboration with Head office
  • Responsible for the creation and update of policies/procedures related to Talent Management
  • Support with the coaching of the HR assistant in these area

Other

  • Maintain knowledge on local and EU employment laws and standards. Update the Group’s senior management on any relevant changes and requirements.
  • Develop and reinforce  the organization cultural values within the Group

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in business, human resources or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong team player, good listening skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
