Job summary
• Support the rule coding team in delivering investment compliance services to internal and external clients across multiple jurisdictions;
• Assist in the analysis of fund, client and regulatory requirements, primarily for Luxembourg and Ireland products, as well as other jurisdictions as required;
• Support system migration and implementation activities;
• Contribute to the translation of regulatory and client requirements into system logic and compliance rules;
• Support the coordination and follow-up of system change requests with relevant stakeholders;
• Support testing, monitoring and issue resolution activities linked to rule changes and system updates;
• Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners;

Supplementary Information

The successful VIE candidate will support the team in the analysis and implementation of regulatory and client requirements within the investment compliance framework.

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

• Finance / Economics / Mathematics / Engineering / Risk
• BAC + 3
• BA/BS degree in Finance / Mathematics

Experience
• Strong analytical, logical and numerical reasoning skills;
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex information in a methodical way;
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset;
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Interest in asset management, financial markets, investment products, and regulatory topics are a plus;
• Previous exposure to financial services, investment compliance, operations, systems or data would be a plus, but not essential.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills are a critical factor of success for the position

Required skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Prior coding experience is an advantage but not essential.
