Description
Our Ballsbridge office is expanding and we are looking for an exceptional Payroll Administrator to join us. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to further develop their career within a modern, progressive, and people-focused firm.
You will be taking ownership of complex end-to-end payrolls and bookkeeping tasks while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency at every stage of the process.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Duties:
• Assisting with the preparation and processing of weekly and monthly payrolls
• Ensuring compliance with Irish payroll legislation, including Revenue submissions
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data
• Supporting the preparation of payroll reports and reconciliations
Bookkeeping & Accounts Duties:
• Posting purchase invoices and sales invoices
• Bank and creditor reconciliations
• Assisting with VAT returns preparation
• Supporting senior staff with general accounts administration
• Maintaining accurate and organised financial records
Key Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
• Strong communication skills
• A willingness to learn and develop within payroll and accounting
• Previous experience in a payroll role
• Familiarity with payroll software (e.g. BrightPay)
