The purpose of this role is to develop the organisation capability and lead the Talent, Learning and OD activities within the HR function of a Global leader in Financial products

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategies to enable talent across the organisation

Drive the Talent Management Framework and champion best practice to support the HR strategy

Develop and manage the leadership development programmes

Deliver key Learning and Development initiatives

Support the Performance management framework and activities

Manage and support CPD, professional qualifications and compliance

Manage all relevant vendors and review activities

Budget management and forecasting reports

Design and implement capability and OD innervations across the org.

Coach and develop senior leaders and immediate team

Understanding of L&D best practice, TNA, Self-Directed learning and 70/20/10

 

Requirements

Qualified in a Human Resources or related discipline and / or a post graduate qualification in Business/Organisational Behaviour/Psychology/Human Resources. 
Extensive knowledge of OD practice and models, organisation design tools & coaching

Demonstrable experience in coaching, mentoring and developing others

Experience in programme content design

Excellent facilitation skills

Strong project and process management skills

Working knowledge of Learning Management systems and learning technologies

International experience an advantage

Ability to work in a complex matrix environment
