Role Summary
The Alternatives Manager is responsible for delivering European regulatory reporting services to Broadridge's Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) clients.
This role is new in Broadridge as the regulatory service team expand their traditional service remit into the alternative funds market. It sits within the European Regulatory services team, helping to deliver a full suite of regulatory reports to Broadridge clients in a timely and accurate manner. The successful candidate will report directly to the manager of the European Regulatory Services team.

Key Responsibilities
As the Operations Manager for Alternative Regulatory Reporting, you would be responsible for:
Reporting
- Ensure all client deliverables for alternative regulatory reporting are achieved.
- Monitor regulatory and industry developments and assess their impact on our alternatives product suite.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients on matters related to our alternatives service
- Lead client calls and workshops to discuss reporting methodologies, regulatory changes and service improvements
- Produce recurring project status reports (weekly/monthly) and executive dashboards.
- Track and report against key KPIs and project plans.
- Maintain project reporting calendars and ensure on-time delivery to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of workflows and procedures.
- Detailed understanding of European investment manager regulatory reporting regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong management skills and experience.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Stakeholder management and prioritisation.
- Documentation discipline and process orientation.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- On-time delivery of all required client reports.
- KPI reporting delivered regularly and successfully.
- Improved data accuracy and fewer metric definition disputes.
- Increased client satisfaction.
- Have a good working knowledge of European, UK and US Regulations of the Investment Funds industry.
- Demonstrate an appetite to keep abreast of the ever-evolving changes to the European, UK and US regulatory landscape.
- Ensure escalation pathways are followed for critical issues.
- University honours degree, preferably in Business and Finance.
- 8+ years' experience in the funds industry with exposure to alternative funds regulatory reporting.
- Experience in managing staff and liaising across business teams an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to support effective business operations through measurable metrics and reports.
