Investor and Distributor Services, Senior Associate
Who we are looking for
Reporting to the Investor and Distributor Services Officer, this role offers an opportunity for the successful candidate to manage a Client Servicing team and be involved in future developments in an expanding and dynamic company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high quality service to investors and is required to have strong operational knowledge of query management (phone, e-mail, etc.) client servicing, process improvements and project delivery. A major focus will be on procedures and process improvement, performance management of staff, client interaction and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and with the relevant short, medium and long-term goals, objectives and values of the company

What you will be responsible for
As Transfer Agency- Investor and Distributor Services, Senior Associate for Kilkenny you will

Specific Duties:
  • Responsible for staff recruitment, training, engagement and development.
  • Ensure current workflows and procedures are executed to reduce risk and improve efficiency
  • Escalate any issues to manager in a timely manner, providing resolution suggestions as necessary
  • Understand client SLA provisions and relevant KPIs, support their delivery to ensure highest quality client service
  • Maintain a close working relationship with other functional areas, such as New Business, Investor Services, Registration, Business Governance, and other internal teams.
  • Ensure an awareness of, and adherence to, the key Transfer Agency and fraud controls at all times.
  • Ensure the team procedures are operationally sound with an emphasis on risk reduction and regulatory compliance; ensure procedures are in place for all tasks and are adhered to.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (desired but not mandatory) and/or 5+ years' experience in operations and/or risk management within an operational function
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess excellent organisational, planning and co-ordination skills
  • Previous experience in reviewing and implementing initiatives, policies and procedures desirable
