My client, a leading aviation company based in Dublin, are looking to hire an IT service Desk Analyst on a 6-month fixed term contract for an immediate start.

My client, a leading aviation company based in Dublin, are looking to hire an IT service Desk Analyst on a 6-month fixed term contract for an immediate start.

 

The successful candidate will be directly responsible for providing end-user technical support, both onsite and remote.

They will also involve the servicing of all computer systems; and the diagnosing, repairing, maintenance and installation of both hardware and software products.

 

Key Requirements of this role include:

  • Bachelors degree in IT or related discipline
  • Prior service desk experience via ITIL
  • Knowledge of computer hardware
  • Basic networking skills (TCP/IP) and previous experience of Microsoft operating systems
  • High proficiency in the Microsoft office suite
  • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users
